Have you considered increasing the resistance on the exercises since you are doing 15 reps? I suggest bumping up the weight and doing just two sets instead of three and see how you feel. Remember, if it’s easy to complete 15, you’re ready to progress.
As for your decreased appetite, I wonder if the supplements you’re taking include a stimulant that acts as an appetite suppressor. As I’ve said before, I don’t advocate those supplements you mentioned. I’m sure Sharon will speak to you about the importance of a well-balanced diet and the downside of a drastic caloric reduction.
I also don’t think it’s realistic at this time for you to shoot for single digits in your body fat count. The next realistic goal for you is 16 percent to 17 percent. Once you reach that, you should evaluate where you want to go from there. You might find that you are comfortable at that weight and don’t need to drop more.
