Hey guys,

Things are going great! My weight dropped a bit more and my clothes are definitely looser. I had several people notice that I am losing weight. Of course some people think I am getting too thin, but I still have a lot of fat to deal with. I did a body fat analysis at the gym on Monday and it was 21 percent. I want to shoot for single digits.

I did not make it to the gym on Friday but I have increased my daily stair climbing. Sometimes it is just too hectic.

I still need to get the fat-grams book, but with things going in the right direction I am inclined to trust my own instincts now. For instance, right outside my office is a big homemade chocolate cake that holds no interest to me. A couple of months ago I would have been all over it.

I also find that I am losing my appetite. I have to force myself to eat sometimes. I am making an effort starting this week to eat smaller meals more often to keep my metabolism up. I figure a couple of pieces of fruit can be one and then alternate with protein and some carbohydrates.
